- Visit the official website of AP Mee Seva http://ap.meeseva.gov.in/DeptPortal/UserInterface/LoginForm.aspx
- The applicant needs to create a new account in Mee Seva portal by using their personal information like username, city, address, email address, gender and more
- Once the account is created then login to the Mee Seva portal using your Login ID and password
- Fill the form for new ration card and make sure enter all your details without errors
- Here you need to enter your family member’s details and upload the all necessary documents
- Double-check details before the finish. After successful submission, you will receive transaction numbers.
Apply for Ration Card in Andhra Pradesh Through Offline:
- Visit your rationing office and collect the ration card D1 application form. The nominal fee of Rs 5 is to paid while procuring this form
- Fill all the required details correctly and attach the necessary documents with the form
- Submit the form to the office and get the receipt form for submission to complete the process
