Apply for Ration Card in Punjab
Punjab Government and Department of Civil & Food Supplies are attracted applications from the state-citizen who doesn’t possess ration card from the family members. Citizens who want to apply for a new ration card can apply online or they can fill up the application form and submit to the concerned office in Punjab.
The Punjab government will issue 3 types of ration cards accordingly based on annual income. The 3 types of ration card is BPL, APL, and AAY.
You can apply for Punjab Ration Card with 2 modes – offline & online
Process of applying Punjab Ration Card – online
- Go to the official state portal on Punjab and click on the Login.
- If you were already existing member then login with your username and password or if you are new user click on “New User” link
- After clicking the new user you need to fill up all your profiles.
- Now click on “Fresh Application “link on the left side of the menu
- The next page will be appearing with the list of Department wise service. Here you need to select which you want to apply and click on “Apply”.
- You will get a fresh Application Screen; here go to the Alternative 2 (online Form application) and click on “click here to fill the new application form online”
- Fill up the form correctly and click on submit.
- To submit the documents click on “View saved application” and select the “Upload supporting documents” button and upload all required documents.
Process of applying Punjab Ration Card – offline
To fill the ration card offline follow the below instruction:
- Go to the Punjab state portal click on the Citizen login Link
- If you are already registered member then log in with your username and password or if you are new users click on the “New User” link.
- After clicking on the new user you need to fill up all your profile.
- Now click on “Fresh Application “link on the left side of the menu
- The next page will be appearing with the list of Department wise service. Here you need to select which you want to apply and click on “Apply”.
- You will get a fresh Application Screen; here go to the Alternative 1 (offline Form application) and click on the concerned form to download the e- form.
- Fill up the e-form correctly in offline mode without any internet connection
- After filling the form login to the portal on Fresh application screen, select the Alternative 1 section and click on “ click here to upload the filled form “ link
- Finally, click on the “Add” button
