Punjab Government and Department of Civil & Food Supplies are attracted applications from the state-citizen who doesn’t possess ration card from the family members. Citizens who want to apply for a new ration card can apply online or they can fill up the application form and submit to the concerned office in Punjab.

The Punjab government will issue 3 types of ration cards accordingly based on annual income. The 3 types of ration card is BPL, APL, and AAY.

You can apply for Punjab Ration Card with 2 modes – offline & online

Process of applying Punjab Ration Card – online   

1. Go to the official state portal on Punjab and click on the Login.
2. If you were already existing member then login with your username and password or if you are new user click on “New User” link
3. After clicking the new user you need to fill up all your profiles.
4. Now click on “Fresh Application “link on the left side of the menu
5. The next page will be appearing with the list of Department wise service. Here you need to select which you want to apply and click on “Apply”.
6. You will get a fresh Application Screen; here go to the Alternative 2 (online Form application) and click on “click here to fill the new application form online”
7. Fill up the form correctly and click on submit.
8. To submit the documents click on “View saved application” and select the “Upload supporting documents” button and upload all required documents.

Process of applying Punjab Ration Card – offline

To fill the ration card offline follow the below instruction:

1. Go to the Punjab state portal click on the Citizen login Link
2. If you are already registered member then log in with your username and password or if you are new users click on the “New User” link.
3. After clicking on the new user you need to fill up all your profile.
4. Now click on “Fresh Application “link on the left side of the menu
5. The next page will be appearing with the list of Department wise service. Here you need to select which you want to apply and click on “Apply”.
6. You will get a fresh Application Screen; here go to the Alternative 1 (offline Form application) and click on the concerned form to download the e- form.
7. Fill up the e-form correctly in offline mode without any internet connection
8. After filling the form login to the portal on Fresh application screen, select the Alternative 1 section and click on “ click here to upload the filled form “ link
9. Finally, click on the “Add” button

The Puducherry civil supplies department was started on 1964 which works under the Administrative control of secretary which has essential features of a secretariat group and the Directorate of civil supplies and the branch office in 3 regions called karaikal, Mahe, and Yanam. The government formed the act called Consumer Protection Act 1986 which performance to protect the interest of the consumers and this U.T has formed the rules namely Puducherry Consumer Protection Rules 1987 as per consumer protection Act 1986. later it formed a separate department to protect consumer rights which were named as Department of Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs in 1999.

Eligibility to Apply for Ration Card in Puducherry

For Duplicate Ration Card: if your ration card is lost, illegible or spoil the applicant needs to get a certificate from concerned FPS and submit it to the ration card office to have the duplicate card.

For person who having no ration card: if person want to have new ration card the applicant need to provide certificate from concerned authority writing that person doesn’t exist with ration card and a proof of residence and surrender and deletion certificate should be attached alo9ng with the application

The inclusion of name in the ration card after marriage: in an applicant wants to include the name in ration card they need to attach deletion certificate from the previous place of residency along with the inclusion member application from.

The applicant who has a ration card in the previous place:

if an applicant is transformed from one place to another by the government. Then they need to provide a deletion certificate from a previous place with concerned authorities where the person use to reside. This should be attached to the application form.

How to Add a baby name in Puducherry ration:

In this case, the applicant needs to provide the birth certificate of the baby along with the existing ration card and it should be attached to the member’s application form

Process of applying for Ration card in Puducherry – Offline:

The applicant can download the application form Download Form option which can be seen at the end of each and every form. You can fill the form offline by saving in the desktop. After filling the form upload it by using the option Upload EForm. You can also attach the required documents as mentioned.

Filling the ration card form through Printable:

The applicant can download the printable form from the option Print PDF Form it is displayed on each form. Take a print of the form after filling and submit it in the concerns department.

After submitting the form the acknowledgment slip will be given which displays your application number and date of collecting your ration card.

Your new card will be given after the verification of documents.

If the applicant wants to apply for a ration card online they need to provide a caste certificate withe form dually signed with the following instructions.

1. Initially go to the official website py.gov.in here click on Services and Forms on the portal.
2. Now select the Revenue department it will list you all the services which are under this department select appropriate link as per the method of submission.
3. After submission applicant will get an acknowledgment with the unique number.
4. With this number, you can track your application status.
5. After getting the status the applicant should visit the concerned ration card office with all certificates.

The Madhya Pradesh government had launched many online facilities on ration cards for its citizens. Now they can apply there Ration card online and they can find related issues on ration card online.

Ration card in Madhya Pradesh is supplied by the Food and civil supplies department. Ration card is very important to document for every citizen. Fake ration card is strictly prohibited by the state government.

They issued 52 lakhs 98 thousand ration card still now in Madhya Pradesh there different rations like BPL, APL, and AAY. The APL (Above Poverty Level) ration card will be issued under regular basis.  The APL and BPL card will be issued by the authority of state government under the public service Guarantee Act. The processing time is fixed by Madhya Pradesh FCSD.

Madhya Pradesh currently functions 21 thousand and 464 fair price shops in all states. Where 4067 FPS launched in towns and 17397 were launched in rural areas. This fair shop in Madhya Pradesh will be allocated under the Public Distribution System (PDSC)

Madhya Pradesh ration card application process

1. Get the required application form the website or you can get the form from the Jan Seva Kendra of Madhya Pradesh in the concerned state.
2. Fill up the form with all the details like address, name, annual income and declaration form.
3. After the fill, the form submits it to your nearest department office along with the documents.
4. Take the acknowledgment card which gives the date of collecting your ration card.

The Mizoram Food & Civil Supply Department was started on 17th November 2004 later it was renamed as:” Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department”.

The applicant can apply for the ration card as per the rationing office in the prescribed form in the concerned area. The area will be under the control of the controller of rationing office. The District supply officer and the Tehsildar will take control at District and Tehsil levels.

Process of changes in the ration card – Mizoram

The following steps need to follow when you want any changes like addition or deletion of name in the ration card

1. If you want to add the name in the existing ration card application need to be submitted and for deletion, the certificate should be provided to DCSO under authorities.
2. In a case of migration, the applicant should have a migration certificate so that to add the name in the ration and get a new one.
3. If applicate wants to add newborn baby then they need to submit the birth certificate.
4. If a tech applicant wants to delete the name of a dead person from the ration card then they need to provide the death certificate.
